If this is the first time you are seeing this comment You need
to rerun this UJA46ver.exe with the switch -t to test integrity.
in other words, key in:
 
UJA46ver.exe -t   & press <Enter>
 
If it does not pass, (if you see any errors at all) delete this
file & download it again (if you suspect transmission error) or
download it from another source (our BBS 703-242-9390, or
CompuServe, or AOL, or MSN (search for keyword UJA or files 
UJA*.*).  Or get it from the internet FTP.uu.net in directory
Vendors/UPSC.
 
If it passes the -t test, (all files will show OK -AV, AV stands
for PKZip Authenticity Verified) then go ahead & copy the exe file 
to a directory named c:\uja  (or similar) & execute it without the 
-t switch.  Extracts 300+ files (3.8M) to current dir.  Key in:
 
UJA46ver.exe     & press <Enter>
 
Cancel out now by taking an     N     for no, if this is the
first time you have seen this message, and run the -t test.
